Summary of Duties

Coordinates registration and enrollment services to students, faculty and staff. Educates departments on the impact of registration changes on students. Answers questions from departments on the use of the student information system for student registration and enrollment actions. Coordinates registration requests for Spring and Fall terms for faculty and staff. Communicates with departments regarding registration activities for Spring and Fall terms and midterm and final grading. Processes cancellation of enrollment for students enrolled at the Pullman campus. Processes change of campus requests. Analyzes registration appointment times and sets the schedule in consultation with the area supervisor. Corrects and maintains student record data in the student information system. Explains the course repeat policy to students and departments. Communicates with departments about all academic regulations related to registration and records. Reports to Program Support Supervisor for Records and Registration Services. No supervisory responsibilities.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

Additional Requirements

Two years related experience working with confidential records and/or working in customer service.

Demonstrated proficiency with computer software skills, including databases, spreadsheets, word processing.

Experience monitoring and enforcing rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional work experience in a higher education environment.

Experience using PeopleSoft/Oracle Campus Solutions student information system, Oracle Imaging, and/or Process Management.

Experience producing accurate work in a high volume environment.

Experience working with a diverse population.
