Summary of Duties

Under general supervision, perform a variety of skilled work duties including: maintenance, grounds, and custodial tasks to maintain the operation of building systems, maintain safe, clean, and attractive grounds, and maintain cleanliness and care of assigned facilities.

Additional Information

This position is schedule Monday-Friday but may be needed for occasional nights and/or week shifts.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications

The ability to do required work, the ability to read and write AND six months experience in custodial, general or building maintenance, grounds keeping, or semi-skilled carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing repair work; OR equivalent education/experience.

Additional Requirements

Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a forklift operator certification.

Possession of a pesticide applicators license.
